WUFPAC will host its annual Fall Fundraiser on Thursday, September 30th, 5-7:30pm.  Proceeds from the event will benefit our 2010 federal candidates.

  • I am a United States citizen or an individual lawfully admitted with permanent resident status (e.g., a “green card holder”).
  • This is my personal credit card and this contribution is made from my own personal funds, not corporate, foreign national, or labor union funds.
  • I will not be reimbursed by anyone for this contribution.
  • I have not entered into a contract with the Federal Government, personally.
  • My contributions to WUFPAC will not aggregate in excess of $5,000 per calendar year.

    • Contributions to WUFPAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to WUFPAC will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of federal law. The maximum an individual or federal PAC may contribute is $5,000 per calendar year. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
